Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Qualifying for a Return
Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You must send your return item to us within 30 days of receiving your item. Shipping will be free for the first return in your order.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to package the product and a downloadable return shipping label to affix to the box containing your return.
Non-returnable items are:
Intimate or sanitary goods
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Certain health and personal care items
Exchanges (if applicable) within 20 days
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@willowsfinesttreasures.com describing the problem with your item and provide pictures of the defective or damaged item. Once we approve your exchange return, we will send you an email with the approval along with a shipping label at our cost. You have 20 days from the approval date to return the item. If the item is not returned within that time we will not be able to exchange your product. Also, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Exchanges For Reasons Other Than Damaged Items
If there is nothing wrong with the item, but you want to exchange it for a different size colour or type, we will not be able to exchange your product. Please be careful when choosing sizes and follow the size guides provided with the item. Some clothing is made in China and sizes are smaller than North American sizes. In this case it is best to order 2 sizes higher than what you usually wear. Ex. If you usually wear a medium in tops, order your item in an XL.
Procedure For Return Shipping within 30 days
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. To return your product, send us your item within 30 days of delivery, with the free shipping return label that will be provided to you, to download and print. Shipping will be free for the first return in your order.
*Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
*If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Procedure for lost or missing packages
There are occasions where packages are lost or go missing while they are in transit. Most of the time, there's nothing we can do about it. But, if you feel your package is lost you can use your tracking number to locate the item or try to contact the shipping provider/delivery company, if you have that information. You could also contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number. Most often they will be able to locate your item. Packages returned due to incorrect shipping information will be given a product refund. We are not responsible for any items/packages lost during transit or that have been tracked as delivered.
*We are not able to ship to a PO box or military address.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted;
-Books with obvious signs of use
-CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, is at our descretion.
Late or missing refunds
Steps you can take
1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2 Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3 Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4 If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@willowsfinesttreasures.com.
Gift Certificates
If the item was purchased with a gift certificate you will be issued a new gift certificate for the same amount. Once the returned item has been received, inspected and you are approved for a refund, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
